Therefore, during installation, pay attention to the calculation and reservation of this thermal elongation, and make the axial clearance between the bearing end face and the bearing seat end cover greater than the thermal elongation of the shaft. If the reserved clearance is insufficient, the end face of the bearing will be pushed against the end cover of the bearing seat after the shaft is heated and expanded, resulting in bearing heating or even burning out.
